    Standard check-in is at 3:00 PM and check-out is at 12:00 PM (noon). Early check-in and late check-out may be available — contact the front desk in advance to request.

    Candlewood Suites Springfield is pet-friendly. A non-refundable pet fee applies per stay. Maximum pet weight limits may apply. Please contact us before your arrival if you are traveling with a pet to confirm current pet policies.
  • Can I have additional guests in my suite?
    Each suite has a maximum occupancy. Studio Suites accommodate up to 2-3 guests; One-Bedroom Suites can accommodate up to 4 guests. Additional rollaway beds may be available on request. Additional guest fees may apply — confirm at booking.
  • Are accessible rooms available?
    Yes. We offer ADA-compliant Accessible Studio Suites featuring roll-in showers, lowered countertops, and wider doorways. Please select the Accessible Studio Suite option during booking or contact us directly to ensure availability.
  • Is there a minimum stay requirement?
    There is no strict minimum stay, though Candlewood Suites is purpose-built for extended stays of 5 nights or more. Weekly rates and extended-stay discounts are available — select your dates in the booking form above to see applicable rates.
